Introducing Bellevue: first sod turned at Ripley’s newest residential community

9 August 2021

Construction has begun on the transformation of a prominent parcel of land into a vibrant new residential community of more than 500 homes in the booming Ripley Valley.

Civil contractors SEE Civil have commenced works on the Bellevue Ripley residential development ahead of the official launch in August.

Bellevue is strategically located close to major employment hubs, shops, schools and recreation opportunities with the public able to register their interest for the first land release from 26th July.

The neighbourhood will be created over 18 stages. Stage 1 features 20 lots ranging in size from 370sqm to 527sqm, priced from $215,000.

Bellevue is being developed by HB Land with sales and marketing managed by property services group Oliver Hume.

HB Land Chief Executive Officer Michael Vinodolac said the sod turning marked a significant milestone in the development of Bellevue.

“Bellevue delivers an opportunity for buyers to live in a master planned community well connected to schools, retail, entertainment, transport and nature,” Mr Vinodolac said.

“Buyers have the choice of a range of land sizes and aspects including family-sized blocks with elevated positions right at the entrance to Ripley.

“Our vision is to build a neighbourhood where families can reach their full potential and enjoy everything Queensland has to offer.

“Families can see their future at Bellevue with high quality amenities including sports facilities, parklands, a shopping centre and plenty of open spaces.

“Bellevue’s prime location not only provides direct access to greater Ipswich and Springfield, but quick access to outstanding hiking and mountain biking tracks through the surrounding environment.

“We’re really excited to get shovels in the ground on this project and to start building a community that families will enjoy for a lifetime.”

Bellevue Ripley’s location at 357 Ripley Road, Ripley is around 40 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, 15 minutes from Springfield City and 10 minutes from Ipswich CBD.

Oliver Hume Queensland Project Director Matt Barr said Bellevue represented an exciting opportunity to seize land in Ipswich’s rapidly growing southern corridor.

“The combination of affordability, location and lifestyle makes the masterplanned Ripley Valley region ideal for first home buyers and upgraders seeking to build their dream home,” Mr Barr said.

“Ipswich’s southern corridor is booming and Bellevue will really help to keep up with demand now and in the future.

“More and more people are making the decision to call Ripley Valley home.

“With sales in the Ripley corridor increasing 75% over the past 12 months, Bellevue is launching at an ideal time to supplement the limited stock available.

The name Bellevue comes from the French translation of ‘beautiful view’, which represents the elevated offering coupled with the family-friendly nature of the neighbourhood vision.
