Michael has more than 15 years’ experience in development of residential communities, having initially started his career as a lawyer before moving into development finance, followed by residential development roles. Previously, Michael was the Chief Operations Officer of an ASX-listed residential developer and home builder where he led a substantial growth phase of the business. Michael is responsible for chartering the group’s property business and growth strategy in Australia.

With 10+ years working for an ASX-listed residential developer, Peter has developed strong associations with local authorities, built lasting relationships with key stakeholders, as well as managed and mentored a high-performing development team. Peter is responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of the HB Land portfolio.

For the past 15 years, Tim has led the acquisitions for three leading developers – acquiring over 20,000 lots during this time. With a professional qualification in property valuation, a deep network of contacts, and an excellent ability to build relationships with landowners to execute transactions, Tim is responsible for implementing the growth strategy of the business through on-market and off-market site acquisitions.

Shannon started his career as a professional athlete, which saw him become a six-time world Ironman champion. In 2017, Shannon made the transition into the property industry, working for an ASX-listed residential developer and home builder while gaining experience across multiple disciplines before being elevated to Development Manager on larger projects. Shannon is responsible for the delivery of projects from acquisition through to completion.

Janine has over 16 years’ experience in accounting, financial analysis, and corporate compliance – having spent over 10 years in the construction and development industry, overseeing corporate finance, treasury, revenue management, accounts, tax, and risk management. Formally Chief Financial Officer of Queensland’s largest builder, Janine is now responsible for all financial actions of the company.

Josh’s prior project portfolio includes major city shaping communities in NZ, London, and the UAE but Melbourne has been his focus over the past decade. Daniel boasts an impressive resume spanning almost two decades in the construction and development industries, including extensive experience in the delivery of major road infrastructure projects in the UK and across Victoria. His focus is the company’s Victorian projects, where his discerning ability to tailor flexible development strategies and manage large greenfield developments from initial concept planning right through to completion.
