A new family-friendly community is giving buyers the perfect place to create their dream home in Brisbane’s fast-growing western corridor.
Bellevue Ripley, HB Land’s flagship Queensland community, has officially launched its latest land release.
It’s the seventh stage of the new neighbourhood that was launched in August last year — with all prior stages selling out.
Following the success of its initial stages, HB Land is now bringing forward future stages to help people move in sooner.
Stages one to three have already been completed and settled, with home building commencing. Construction has commenced on stages four to 10, with a range of community infrastructure and amenities already in place to complement the wealth of existing amenities in the Ripley Valley region.

With elements that go above and beyond, it’s no wonder demand for land in Bellevue is high, with almost a third of the estate already sold.
Mum-of-two, Sandie Gill says Bellevue’s prestigious family home designs caught her eye.
“We’ve lived around the area for years now, so we know the surrounding area,” Sandie says.
“But we wanted something newer and better. For us, it is basically an upgrade but staying in an area we know and love.”
Archana Khanal, 27, from West End, recently bought at Bellevue after seeing what was on offer.
“I really liked how they laid out the estate,” Archana says. “I work from home, and I am a first home buyer, so I don’t need to be in the city, but the idea that I could get a bigger home with more space and everything I need nearby really appealed to me.“
