HB Land are proud to announce the addition of a Stage 4 government primary school, as the Department of Education has confirmed its acquisition of the site. The Government recently committed funds as part of the latest budget for construction of the new school.
Riverdale North Primary School (interim name) will be an integral part of our communities’ expansion. Delivered by the Victorian School Building Authority and due for competition in Q1 2025, the primary school is set to host 650 students local to Tarneit and its surrounds. The future school is set to establish a solid foundation of learning for students from prep to grade six. Providing little ones, the ultimate start in life and students the space to define and create their success. Unity Park continues to contribute meaningfully to the City of Wyndham.
